Coteaux du Giennois Blanc

Pale yellow-green colour, silvery highlights. The first nose is solar: there are ripe yellow fruits (peach, apricot) associated with a note of beeswax. This profile persists with aeration and strengthens to give a side more greedy. Peach becomes peach in syrup and apricot an apricot-vanilla pie. One remains on biscuit notes in the final.
