Ruffus Chardonnay Brut

A clear, bright, lemon-yellow wine with very fine bubbles. An expressive nose with notes of baker’s yeast and biscuit. After a little aeration, ripe peach and small white fruits emerge. On the palate: Complex, with a well-rounded, flavorful mid-palate and a lovely length.
