The Sartiu, Cannonau in purity, born to propose an agile and immediate red. Obtained from young vineyards without any aging in wood, it articulates the typical territorial characteristics of the vine in youth. It has a fragrant, slightly spicy fruit and a floral touch. Thanks to its freshness, its structure and lively but well-integrated tannins, it is a Cannonau that can be combined with very simple dishes but also with richer recipes.
