A variation on citrus fruits: orange, mandarin, grapefruit and kumquat. These notes persist after aeration, the bergamot complicates the whole. There is also a mineral feeling present. The start is smooth, balanced sweetness with a touch of freshness. This feeling of sweetness is enhanced by a fermentation profile. The citrus fruits in the nose evolve into candied citrus fruits that dominate in the aftertaste.
